Moseley Nomads are heading to the Jewellery Quarter

On Saturday 6 June from 6.45pm Moseley-based Nomad is wandering over to the Coffin Works for an evening of outdoor live music, comedy and spoken word entertainment in the historic Victorian courtyard.

The evening will play host to home-grown talent including Tom Christian who recently won the Midlands Comedy Awards Best New Act 2015, David Freja, singer-songwriter and UK folk festival veteran and Joe Smith and The Holy Rollers who frequent the cafes, bars and speakeasies of downtown Birmingham.

Suzanne Carter from Birmingham Conservation Trust who is organising the event says “The Coffin Works is the perfect place for outdoor entertainment. The audience will be seated on the spot where historically sand-cast coffin furniture would have been ‘dipped’ in a mix of noxious chemicals; on Saturday night, it will be an eclectic ‘mix’ of talented performers bringing laughter and toe tapping instead!”

Doors open 6.45pm and the show starts at 7.30pm. Early Bird on-line price: £5 (plus small booking fee), £7.50 on door. To book tickets click here.
